Process for receiving and resolving complaints

1. General Principles:
  • All complaints from Customers will be resolved on a negotiation basis.
  • In case of an incident due to the fault of X7 Leather, we will immediately take necessary measures to ensure the rights of the Customer.

2. Complaint Submission Method:

3. Implementation Procedures:

Step 1: Submitting a Complaint:

Customers can submit complaints about services or rights that have not been fully guaranteed to X7 Leather through the methods specified above.

Step 2: Receiving and Processing Complaints:

X7 Leather will receive Customer complaints and proceed to verify the information.

Step 3: Responding to the Customer:

X7 Leather will respond to the complaint handling results to the Customer within 03 working days from the date the information verification and processing are completed.

Note:
The above dispute resolution mechanism is only applicable to disputes arising from the use of X7 Leather's services.
